AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with business stakeholders to design data models, translate requirements, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake, SAP HANA, and related sources in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reports.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source to visualization.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
