Beyond in Buenos Aires seeks a Backend Engineer to develop AI-powered backend systems for enterprise clients in North America. You will translate client requirements into high-quality technical deliverables, focusing on generative AI features and cloud-native services within a global team.

Based in Argentina, you will collaborate with Europe and US teams, contribute to design documents, and ensure scalable, secure APIs.

Formación

• 3–5 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python with web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI, BigQuery).
• Experience integrating AI/ML features and LLMs.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; familiar with CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Develop core logic in Python to support high-scale content platforms and data-intensive apps.
• Build and deploy AI features, including RAG pipelines and LLM integrations (Vertex AI).
• Design and configure scalable GCP backend infrastructure (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions).
• Contribute to Technical Design Documents and translate requirements into backend components.
• Manage code lifecycle from development to production using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with US product owners and European delivery teams; participate in early-morning syncs.
• Champion API design, security, and automated testing for enterprise deployments.
