Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Python-based backend systems supporting AI and GenAI solutions for enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end backend architecture, APIs, deployment, and monitoring, collaborating with an international team.

The role emphasizes Python backend development, AWS services, containerization, and experience with AI/GenAI workflows. Fully remote, Argentina-only opportunity with long-term commitment.

Formación

• Proven experience with Python backend development.
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend services.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable backend systems using Python and frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Develop services for document retrieval and AI/GenAI workflows.
• Design APIs connecting AI models, vector databases, embeddings, and systems.
• Integrate with AWS services and containerized deployments.
• Own backend architecture from API design to deployment and monitoring.
