Beyond is a technology consultancy helping organizations thrive in a rapidly changing world. We seek a Senior Backend Engineer with Python, Google Cloud Platform, and AI expertise to join our Americas team.

Based in Argentina, you will build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven enterprise applications for North America. You will collaborate with global teams across Europe, design cloud-native architectures on GCP, write robust code, and contribute to AI features like RAG and LLM

Formación

• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Mastery of Python ecosystem (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Experience with GCP services (App Engine, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud SQL).
• Experience integrating LLMs and vector databases (e.g., Vertex Vector Search, Pinecone).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Fluent English for technical discussions with global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop core logic in Python for high-scale content platforms and data-intensive apps.
• Build production-grade AI features including RAG pipelines and LLM orchestrations.
• Design cloud-native backend architectures on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions).
• Author Technical Design Documents translating business needs into backend blueprints.
• Manage deployment lifecycle with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with US and European teams with proactive communication.
• Champion API design, security, and automated testing.
