Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support our photography and videography needs. You will travel to dealerships in the Del Valle/Austin area, photograph and video inventory, and upload media into our internal database.

This hands-on role suits self-starters who thrive in autonomy, enjoy working with cars, and take pride in producing high-quality work. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving/criminal record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with car photography or willingness to learn.
• At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Travel to assigned dealerships and photograph vehicles.
• Stage photos and videos per Autocartel standards.
• Upload media to internal system and input vehicle data accurately.
• Communicate with dealerships and managers professionally.
• Work outdoors up to 8 hours daily.
• Drive various vehicles (manual/automatic).
• Maintain timeliness and accuracy to nurture client relationships.
• Optimize routes/time for efficiency.
• Ensure attention to detail.
