Job summary

AWIN is seeking a Delivery Specialist for our automotive group network in the Greater Toronto Area. You will support Sales Consultants during the vehicle delivery process, handle administrative duties, and ensure a smooth handover to customers.

The role offers a base salary with potential bonuses and commissions, with total annual compensation ranging from CAD 50,000 to CAD 100,000. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

• Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Clear driver’s abstract.
• OMVIC registration is an asset.
• Strong business acumen and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all paperwork with the F&I Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Perform the delivery with the client.
• Ensure a follow up phone call by Sales Consultants the day after delivery.
• Park trade in and lease returns in the back parking lot.
• Ensure trade in and lease return keys are tagged and given to the appropriate person.
• Ensure all signatures are obtained and all paperwork is completed upon delivery.
• Pre-check vehicle two hours prior to delivery.
• Communicate with Sales Manager regarding any discrepancies.
• Explain CSI Survey purpose and process to the client.
• Introduce to Service and Parts department.
• Perform all administrative duties requested by Management.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will hone your customer service and communication skills. This position is a great way to get into the Automotive industry.

Job Purpose

Delivery Specialists at Volvo Cars Toronto will be responsible for supporting Sales Consultants through the process of delivering vehicles. The specialist will handle all administrative duties as well as vehicle preparation after a sale is completed. The specialist will also perform the actual delivery.
