Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and ensure high-quality releases across products.

4+ years in QA, strong automation skills with Playwright and WebdriverIO + Appium, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools are highly valued. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual/exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and React Native apps on iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile regression automation scripts.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration and performance tests.
• Record detailed test documentation and track pass/fail criteria.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to improve testability and acceptance criteria.
• Manage test data and environments; contribute to CI/CD integration.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
