Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile applications. You will build robust test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA, hands-on automation, and experience with Playwright or WebdriverIO. Remote, international team, competitive USD compensation, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines and with automation tooling.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience applying AI tools in QA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast, reliable execution.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, manage test data and environments.
• Report clear bugs with reproducible steps and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
