DEPT® is seeking an Associate Directory, Delivery in a hybrid role to manage high-value digital experiences across web, product, and brand engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain timelines, and ensure quality and budget adherence.

You will thrive with ownership, handle multiple stakeholders, and drive efficient delivery using proven production methods and collaborative planning.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI workflows and design systems.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mid-sized to large-scale digital projects across websites, platforms, content, ecommerce, CMS, and campaigns.
• Define scope, timelines, and resources with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery on time, on brief, and within budget.
• Identify risks and blockers; resolve issues with proactive problem-solving.
• Monitor project financials: estimates, actuals, ETC, and EAC.
• Collaborate to improve delivery processes and documentation.
