DEPT® is seeking an Associate Directory, Delivery to manage high-value digital experiences across web, product, and brand engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, advocate for process efficiency, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality outcomes.

The role demands ownership, comfort with complexity, and proactive problem-solving while collaborating with clients and internal teams to turn strategy into tangible results.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management.
• Experience managing multi-track engagements and budgets of $1M+.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and digital build processes.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches (Scrumfall).
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite; adaptable to new tools.
• Financial awareness with estimates, budgets, and profitability reporting.
• Excellent time management and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mid-sized to large digital projects from kickoff to delivery across websites, platforms, content, ecommerce, CMS, and campaigns.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end execution within time, brief, and budget constraints.
• Identify risks, unblock issues, and escalate with solutions.
• Monitor financials: estimates, actuals, ETC, and EAC.
• Improve delivery workflows and templates in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships, run meetings, and document decisions clearly.
• Share knowledge and support peers to improve delivery outcomes.
