Korn Ferry is seeking an Argentina Sector Leader for Professional Search to build strong partnerships with Argentinian clients and candidates, driving new business and managing full life-cycle recruitment.

The role requires a proven track record in professional search, business development, and leadership, with fluent English and the ability to operate across a global matrix organization and multiple sectors.

Formación

• Professional experience in a search, consulting or commercial environment.
• Good network in the Argentina professional search sector.
• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.
• Strong business development experience and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and key decision makers.
• Matrix and direct team leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Align and drive client opportunities within various sectors in Argentina through existing and new business development.
• Provide expertise to win new business and ensure repeat business.
• Ensure execution of assignments with high-quality service and delivery.
• Build relationships with Korn Ferry partners to form strategic client relationships and identify opportunities outside the channel.
• Collaborate effectively across a global matrix organization and multidisciplinary teams.
