Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with solid sales experience in agrochemical and B2C markets.
• Active and consolidated client portfolio across major regional crops.
• Advanced or Fluent English mandatory for direct reporting to HQ.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy and ownership mindset.
• Own vehicle, laptop, and smartphone available for work use.

Aufgaben

• Develop the local B2C market, introducing portfolio to large-scale farmers and distributors.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support.
• Hit annual regional sales targets and report to headquarters in China.
• Travel frequently for field visits and client relationship building.
• Structure and lead future local commercial team as operations expand.
