Customer Analytics International is seeking a Data Scientist or Applied AI Consultant to design and deploy ML models across enterprise environments. You will work in a fast-paced consulting setting, applying clustering, sentiment analysis, purchase propensity, churn, and CLV models to optimize Customer Operations and Sales.

You will build LLM-based pipelines, RAG architectures, and NLP flows, processing unstructured data from CRMs and call transcripts.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Applied AI Consultant
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI/NLP
• Willingness to travel and spend extended periods on-site across LATAM
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy Machine Learning models (clustering, sentiment analysis, purchase propensity, churn, CLV) for Customer Operations and Sales
• Build and test LLM-based pipelines, RAG architectures, and NLP flows
• Process large volumes of unstructured data from CRMs, telephony logs, and transcripts
• Translate algorithmic outputs into clear, visual insights for C-suite decision-makers
