Baker McKenzie is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide expert support and management of a portfolio of applications within Practice Solutions, focusing on reliability, performance, capacity, security and maximizing portfolio value.

You will escalate and resolve complex issues, own incidents, assist with analysis and lifecycle planning, maintain documentation, and train Service & Support teams while keeping abreast of innovations in the portfolio.

Formación

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting legal technology applications such as document automation and knowledge management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive within M365.
• Experience with document automation, knowledge management, e-signature and AI-enabled legal solutions.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional support to the business for all applications in the portfolio.
• Take ownership of incidents and problems and drive to timely resolution.
• Assist the Portfolio Manager with analysis of applications and project tasks.
• Support standardization and rationalization plans to meet changing business needs.
• Maintain documentation and provide training to Service & Support Teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams and maintain relationships with application providers.
• Monitor licensing and adoption to ensure efficient use of portfolio apps.
