Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a DCT Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region to build and maintain a world-class pool of Data Center Technicians. You will deeply understand what makes a great datacenter tech, screen hands-on skills, and coordinate onboarding across multiple facilities.

You will source candidates, conduct technical interviews, verify credentials, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure reliable coverage across APAC markets. The role is remote-first with international scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (DCT pool counts)
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on DC skills
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, cross-connects, rack/PDUs
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Organized and detail-oriented; manage regional DCT database
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities
• Conduct technical screening interviews—assess hands-on DC skills
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, work history
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and evaluation criteria
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training
• Track performance after deployment and provide feedback to operations
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in the region
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies when used
• Maintain the DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings
