Google is seeking an Analytical Lead for Spanish-Speaking LATAM (SPLA) in Argentina. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, influence senior leaders, and drive measurement and experimentation strategies across major advertisers.

As an Analytical Lead for Spanish-Speaking LATAM (SPLA), you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Argentina’s top advertisers, driving measurement and experimentation strategies to unlock scalable growth. You will operate at the intersection of media, technology, and data science, and become the primary Google owner of clients' measurement maturity. You will build strong relationships with senior marketing, analytics, and strategy leaders, turning complex datasets into clear stories that guide decisions and spark real change.
Your deep background in marketing analytics lets you prove media value through incrementality, marketing mix modeling, attribution, and cutting-edge AI insights. You will help clients modernize their data setups by integrating first‑party data and applying privacy‑first practices. As a natural problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, you will partner closely with Google's sales and product teams to ensure media investments achieve genuine success across Argentina.
