Worley is seeking a Director, Project Delivery Services for its Argentina operation in Buenos Aires. The role oversees project delivery activities, drives operational improvements, and governs policy implementation to align with Worley’s execution strategies.

Formación

• University degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Typically 20+ years of relevant experience with supervisory and/or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manages project delivery service type activities of Worley Argentina operation.
• Evaluates and enhances current operational capabilities and systems.
• Develops and implements company policies and procedures and ensures compliance.
• Supports sales capture process on the development of execution strategies for relevant opportunities.
• Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness in supporting MPP and GO portfolio.
• Communicates and coordinates initiatives deployment with GID and different functions.
