TripleTen Indonesia is looking for a hands-on Project Manager for AI Transformation to optimize content production and growth marketing operations. The role involves designing and scaling AI-assisted workflows and managing cross-functional teams effectively.

With a minimum of 3 years in project management, the ideal candidate will employ no-code tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency. Formación

• 3+ years in project management, operations management, or growth operations.
• Ability to independently build, test, and deploy workflow automations.
• Experience in structuring workflows with foundational AI models.
• Track record of re-engineering manual workflows.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI workflows for content production.
