TrustScale is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI and data service programs, translating business needs into structured execution roadmaps and ensuring alignment across operations, engineering, QA, and clients.

You will own scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management while mentoring coordinators and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards in a dynamic AI environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in AI, data services, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data annotation, or HITL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex AI and data service projects from planning through final delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Translate business and client requirements into structured execution roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between operations, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams.
• Maintain control over scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Serve as the primary project accountability point for stakeholders.
• Provide structured status reporting and executive updates.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
