Outlier is building a remote QA coding program open to LATAM. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS prompts to push AI models toward better performance. This is a freelance, 1099 contract on Outlier.ai platform with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, live production code experience, and strong English communication. Applicants from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and other LATAM countries are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Outstanding attention to detail in code and prompts.
