Job summary

Outlier is offering a structured remote program for software engineers across Latin America. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS questions to train AI models. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with performance-based incentives.

The role is open to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, and other LATAM countries. Strong English, production code experience, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models.
