Outlier is offering a remote QA Coder program for Latin America, inviting software engineers to help train AI models by reviewing and scoring AI-generated code and crafting coding questions. This 1099 contract role is remote from anywhere in LatAm, with competitive pay and performance incentives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, have production-grade software experience, and can communicate in fluent English with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: Read code from AI models and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions: accuracy, instruction following, presentation.
• Write computer science questions: Develop clear prompts to challenge AI models.
