Darwin AI is hiring a Product Owner to shape and execute the road map for AI-driven products in a fast-growing environment. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer experience to translate customer needs into features and drive successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a Product Owner role, strong AI/ML familiarity, and proven Agile experience. English is required; Portuguese is a plus, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology-driven environments (AI/SaaS/B2B preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, SaaS products, and SDLC; experience with AI or customer-facing platforms is a plus.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, strategy and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management: Develop the roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback to inform decisions and translate needs into features.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide decisions and monitor product success.
• Agile Process: Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and ensure efficient delivery.
