Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Paid Search Strategist for DTC eCommerce. This remote role requires owning the entire paid media funnel, direct client communication, and fierce accountability for outcomes across Google Ads, Shopping, and related channels.

You will audit, optimize, and build assets like landing pages and feeds, using tools such as GA4, GTM, and Claude, with a focus on NC-CPA and incremental growth. Global remote work is supported, with client calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DTC/eCommerce paid media with ownership of the full funnel.
• Ability to present results, defend decisions, and own client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of attribution models and incremental growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist and primary client contact.
• Audit campaigns and landing pages before touching anything, with a Loom walkthrough.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and optimize for incremental metrics.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and avoid relying on flawed metrics.
• Keep Google's automation in check by auditing auto-created assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed hygiene, product titles, promotions, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, AOV, and landing pages, then fix them.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and drive performance.
