Job summary

Clara is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our hybrid Argentina team. You will execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, owning setup through optimization with AI-assisted workflows.

Based in Argentina, you will collaborate with Growth and Support teams to drive performance for markets like Mexico, Brazil and Colombia, building scalable reporting and automation to accelerate campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to navigate ad platforms and optimize campaigns
• Strong data tracking skills (spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI)
• Active daily user of AI tools in workflow
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI models
• Experience using AI to produce or improve ad copy or reporting
• Organized and able to handle multiple campaigns
• Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical teams
• Genuine interest in Paid Media

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and QA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Set up tracking and attribution per guidelines including AI tagging validation.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: copy variants, performance summaries.
• Conduct keyword and audience research using platform tools and AI assistants.
• Support A/B tests and optimize with AI-driven hypotheses.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports with AI-summarized insights.
• Use automation tools to reduce manual work and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with Growth and Support teams to speed up creative briefs.
