Job summary

Un/Common is hiring a Growth Strategist for a fully remote LATAM-based contractor role. You will own multiple client accounts end to end, crafting brand messaging in Claude, and actively managing SEO, social, and paid media while refining workflows for the team.

You will collaborate across time zones, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and maintain tone and trust with clients in regulated industries. English fluency and multi-location experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience running multiple client accounts at once.
• Proficiency with Claude and related tools.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of client accounts end to end, from onboarding to ongoing management.
• Write brand messaging and copy, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Convert repetitive tasks into Claude workflows for the team.
• Join client calls across time zones and report on progress.
