Job summary

Outlier is a remote LATAM AI-native marketing agency seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, crafting brand messaging in Claude and running SEO, social, and paid media for multi-location businesses.

You will onboard new accounts, verify bookings, and build Claude workflows while guiding campaigns with a focus on tone and trust for med spas, aesthetics, and regulated retail clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and multi-location campaigns.
• Proficiency with Claude and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites/tracking live within two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location numbers read clearly and compare CPA by booking.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used weekly.
• Join client calls across time zones.
