Fullstack in LATAM is seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will write brand messaging in Claude and edit for client tone, while executing SEO, social, and paid media directly, including conversion tracking and ad account setup.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, cross-location coordination, and tight client communication with near-native English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools
• Near-native English for client calls and updates
• Experience running several client accounts across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites/tracking live in ~2 weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging and location pages drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear location-level metrics
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows for weekly use
• Join client calls across time zones
