Un/Common is seeking a Growth Strategist for a fully remote contractor role, aligned to LATAM time zones. You will own client accounts end-to-end, crafting brand messaging in Claude, and directly managing SEO, social, and paid media to drive bookings and revenue.

You will standardize processes, build Claude tools, and collaborate across time zones to optimize campaigns and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, often with multiple locations.
• Brand and copy judgment with ability to defend decisions.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new accounts and set up site, tracking, and channels.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Execute SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Organize multi-location accounts to clearly show location metrics and cost per booked appointment.
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks.
• Join client calls across different time zones.
