Caylent is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Architect to lead delivery for our largest client engagements in a fully remote environment. You will collaborate with software engineers, architects, sales and project managers to design AI-first, production-ready cloud solutions on AWS at scale.

You will guide technical requirements, architecture decisions, and risk management while coaching teams and presenting progress to client leadership. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• 8+ years of proven experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
• Experience managing professional services engagements and cross-functional projects.
• Strong background in established engineering practices and scalable architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development teams to deliver AI-first, production-ready solutions at scale.
• Own technical requirements gathering and architecture decisions across complex integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions with senior technical and business stakeholders to form a workable backlog.

Backend languages: Python/Node.js/Type
