Formación

• Proficiency in the Java programming language and JUnit test framework.
• Proven domain knowledge and experience in testing within the payments and card industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry-specific protocols.
• Ability to delve into unfamiliar domains and rapidly acquire necessary testing expertise.
• Experience in backend Java enterprise software system testing.
• Experience in automating API (REST) testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Cassandra).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Leading testing effort in the payments, card issuing and revolving credit domain.
• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents for feedback.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases in JUnit 5.
• Preparing QA policies and procedures.
• Designing, developing, and executing automation code.
• Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs.
• Performing thorough regression testing after bugs are resolved.
• Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products.
• Tracking quality assurance metrics and statistics.
• Staying up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
• Communicating technical information effectively to team members and customers.
• Collaborating with teams and customers on projects and related tasks.
