Job summary

Network Solutions is seeking an AI-SDET to drive AI-powered testing practices and modern QA workflows. You will lead change, build eval frameworks, and validate LLM outputs across REST, GraphQL, and multi-agent systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams, implementing scalable automation and CI/CD integrations while mentoring engineers in AI quality standards and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming.
• Deep understanding of software testing and QA principles.
• Hands-on AI/LLM testing experience and prompt engineering.
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and AI workflows.
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud familiarity.
• API/testing of microservices and UI automation.
• SQL and data validation.
• Ability to influence engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered testing tool adoption across QA Guild.
• Design AI eval frameworks (hallucination, groundedness, safety).
• Build automated validation pipelines for LLM outputs.
• Validate AI workflows, agent orchestration, and multi-modal systems.
• Develop scalable UI/API automation using Python and Playwright/Selenium.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Coach engineers on AI practices and quality standards.
