Job summary

Clara, a leading Latin America payments platform, seeks a hands-on Paid Media specialist to own campaign setup, optimization, and AI-enabled workflows across markets like Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You’ll execute across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, employing AI to generate copy, analyze data, and iterate with the Growth Team.

You’ll work in a hybrid role, splitting time between office, customers, and home, with an emphasis on practical execution and end-to-end campaign ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing campaigns on major ad platforms.
• Experience navigating ad platforms, building audiences, optimizing campaigns.
• Comfort with data tracking and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and QA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Set up tracking and attribution per guidelines — AI tagging validation and anomaly detection.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: copy variants, summarizing data, building audiences, drafting briefs.
• Conduct keyword and audience research using native tools and AI assistants (Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, GPTs).
• Support in A/B tests and optimize — use AI to generate hypotheses, interpret results, and next steps.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports, using AI to surface insights and summaries.
• Use automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive work and create scalable workflows.
• Work closely with the Growth Team and support teams — using AI to speed up collaboration.
