Job summary

Clara, the leading Latin America platform for payment operations, is hiring a hands-on Paid Media specialist. You will build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, uploading creatives, tracking, and optimizing performance.

You will own execution with AI-assisted workflows and collaborate with the Growth Team to scale across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, shaping AI-augmented paid media at Clara.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Know how to navigate ad platforms, create audiences, choose formats, and optimize campaigns.
• Confident with data and tracking KPIs (spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, reporting tools).
• Active daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) as part of workflow.
• Can write effective prompts to guide AI outputs.
• Experience using AI to produce or improve ad copy, briefs, or performance summaries.
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
• Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and QA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Set up tracking and attribution per internal guidelines, including AI-assisted tagging.
• Use AI daily to accelerate work: generate ad copy variants, summarize data, build audience hypotheses.
• Conduct keyword and audience research using native tools and AI assistants.
• Support A/B tests and optimizations with AI-generated hypotheses and steps.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports with AI-summarized insights.
• Use automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to create scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth and support teams to speed up creative briefings and copy alignment.
