Belong is hiring a Leasing Advisor in Buenos Aires to own the end-to-end leasing process. You will manage the full pipeline from inquiry to lease, negotiating terms and closing with homeowners and prospective residents.

You will lead high-stakes conversations, surface blockers early, and work with Operations, Member Experience, and Homecare to ensure homes are ready. An AI-first mindset helps you move faster and build trust.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales, leasing, account management, or similar role with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing product.
• Track record of multi-party conversations and closing outcomes.
• Fluency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish is a strong plus for Buenos Aires.

Responsabilidades

• Own the leasing journey from first contact to signed lease with high accountability.
• Lead homeowner and resident conversations, handling pricing, terms, and objections.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Member Experience, and Homecare.
• Track leads and follow-ups; identify bottlenecks and improve move-forward patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to draft, move faster, and surface insights for faster deals.
