Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to guide enterprise cloud journeys and orchestrate cross-team collaboration.

You will translate strategic cloud adoption initiatives into executable plans, ensuring seamless migrations and sustainable operations for customers in Argentina. You’ll build multi-year roadmaps, coordinate with Sales, Support and Solutions Architecture, and deliver governance and education programs to drive successful adoption

Formación

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with demonstrated thought leadership and program delivery.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced tech.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, tech, engineering, math or business.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customer and AWS leadership to develop multi-year cloud adoption roadmaps and translate initiatives into actions.
• Coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and customer teams to plan migrations and transformations.
• Design education programs, governance frameworks, and executive briefings for successful cloud adoption and operations.
• Establish reporting, track progress against metrics, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and solve customer challenges using AWS services while advocating for customer needs across AWS teams.
