David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role is the company’s third TA specialist, working with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally across functions with a strong tech focus.

The position is fully remote in Europe, with a B2B contract and remuneration that is competitive based on experience. You will help shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees and own the end-to-end candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, including tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing AI technology company with over 50 million users worldwide that is seeking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be the company's third Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the CEO and business leaders to recruit internationally across every function, with a strong focus on tech, while helping shape how recruitment evolves as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote

Employment type: B2B contract

Remuneration: Competitive salary dependant on experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, including candidates who are not actively applying
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels to find exceptional talent
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies that keep the quality bar high
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content that position the company as a leading destination for AI talent

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset, balancing execution, planning and strategy
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content
