Job summary

S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage a major data migration initiative for a global automotive manufacturing project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Work is 100% remote, with a UTC 9:00–17:00 schedule. Fluent English required for interviews and daily operations. Prior S/4HANA exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP migrations such as S/4HANA preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
