in Argentina (remote) invites an experienced Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team. You will plan and execute end-to-end data migration activities for a major program, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and defining the migration approach to ensure a reliable transition to the target system. You will manage risks, controls, and reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the new environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
