Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a global data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires proven experience leading large-scale migrations, strong data management skills, and fluency in English. Work is remote with UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
