Job summary

You will oversee JEs, monthly close, management reports, and FS preparation, acting as the primary client contact during transition and post go-live. Strong CPA, English, and leadership are essential.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with India and US teams, monitor metrics, and drive timely, quality deliverables across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and strong communication skills.
• 8+ years in similar roles within finance operations/shared service centers.
• Experience with ERP or IT tool implementations and project transitions.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures while delivering high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operate team based in Buenos Aires for US and LATAM clients.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of BA team (JEs, monthly close, reports, adjustments).
• Serve as client trusted advisor and main contact during transition and after go-live.
• Coach junior team members to deliver timely, high-quality work.
• Coordinate with GDS India and ACR US onshore to ensure consistency across locations.
• Monitor operation metrics and budgets; analyze budget vs actual and prepare budgets.
