Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires seeks an Account Support Associate to support engagement-to-cash activities, collaborating with US-based finance teams and LATAM colleagues.

You will help with pricing, code management, invoicing, collections, and cash application, while mentoring LATAM staff and ensuring policy alignment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or finance, 0–1 year of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0 - 1 years of experience in a finance role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerApps, Power BI and SAP.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and ability to liaise with US-based roles.
• Provide guidance to team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Engagement-to-Cash activities across pricing, code management, invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Collaborate with US-based Finance teams and LATAM accounts support staff.
• Develop pricing plans in ERP systems and ensure finalization of pricing plans.
• Validate SOW pricing against margin requirements and ensure policy alignment.
• Prepare preliminary billing details per SOW and review with US-based Finance support.
• Support and guide LATAM resources and ensure timely invoice delivery.
