EY Global Delivery Services Argentina seeks an experienced FAAS Manager specializing in controllership process improvements. You will lead end-to-end finance transformations, design operating models, and drive technology-enabled solutions across ERP ecosystems.

Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders and a focus on data-driven reporting. You will mentor junior staff, contribute to new service offerings, and help deliver high-quality consulting to major clients while traveling as needed to

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting, financial advisory, industry, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of finance and accounting processes, including upstream business processes.
• Operational accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and dashboarding tools and their application in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge and/or experience with digital technologies and their impact on the record to report process including analytical tools, close and reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, lead, and think outside the box.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Support FAAS team in Finance Transformation solutions.
• End-to-end process study, identify gaps, and propose recommendations.
• Define and develop a finance target operating model and technology roadmap.
• Execute technology-led enterprise transformation projects for clients.
• Knowledge of SAP and other ERPs, reporting tools (Blackline, Trintech, Hyperion).
• Support process and control; drive Financial Close, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and related areas.
• Design intuitive Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to proposals and development of new services and assets.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
