The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance processes, ERP systems, and a proactive, leadership-driven mindset with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting, financial advisory, industry, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including upstream business processes.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and dashboarding tools and their application in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the FAAS team in executing Finance Transformation solutions.
• End to end process study; identify gaps and recommendations.
• Define and develop a finance target operating model and roadmap.
• Design reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.
• Contribute to proposals and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
