Tires Easy is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance Team. You will support the entire organization by managing reconciliations, AR processes, and reporting, reporting to the Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 4–5 years of experience, fluency in English, and availability to work US time zones from home with reliable internet. Knowledge of GAAP is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work US shift hours (EST/CST/PST).
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards is a plus.
• High speed Wi‑Fi connection at home.
• No disciplinary actions in the past 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, accrued items, and intercompany accounts.
• Reconcile customer invoices to operating and accounting system data and work directly with customers to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining policies and procedures related to collections and accounts receivable.
• Liaise with internal and external parties as needed to address accounts receivable matters.
• Reconcile company bank accounts in relation to accounts receivable transactions.
• Provide support to other accounting team members in tasks related to revenue management, AR reconciliation, and additional accounting functions.
• Assist finance and other teams with ad hoc research, analysis, and reporting projects.
• Support the monthly financial close process, including preparing AR-related entries and reports.
• Assist in training new support staff, as needed.
