MAVI seeks an Accounting Systems Analyst to administer and improve the accounting systems after go-live at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will own your workstream end to end with light review, collaborating with the Controller or Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities include system administration, monitoring integrations between billing, payroll, banking, and the ERP, and building reports for accounting/FP&A. Proactive fixes to manual workarounds are expected.

Competenze

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience owning a workstream through the close with minimal supervision.
• Experience administering an ERP or accounting system.
• US GAAP experience, or strong IFRS experience with exposure to US clients/entities.
• Experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct, plus Celigo or Workato.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

The Role

We are seeking an Accounting Systems Analyst to administer and improve the accounting systems after go-live at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina.

You will own your workstream end to end with light review, working directly with the Controller or Accounting Manager. Where the process relies on manual workarounds, you will be expected to fix it rather than repeat it.

What You'll Own

• System administration. Manage roles, permissions, and configuration in the ERP.
• Integrations. Monitor integrations between billing, payroll, banking, and the ERP, and fix failures.
• Reporting. Build reports and dashboards for accounting and FP&A.
• Change requests. Take and prioritize system requests from the finance team.
• Audit support. Prepare the PBC schedules for your areas and answer auditor questions directly.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Experience owning a workstream through the close without day-to-day supervision
• Experience administering an ERP or accounting system
• US GAAP experience, or strong Argentine GAAP (FACPCE) or IFRS experience with exposure to US clients or entities
• Experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct, plus Celigo or Workato
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification

Preferred

• Experience with integration tools such as Celigo or Workato
• Experience using AI tools in accounting workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote role with a single client company for the duration of the engagement. Full-time roles require a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET); part-time roles require a minimum of 2 hours.
