Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Accounting Managers to lead accounting operations for U.S. companies. You will own the month-end close, oversee AP and AR, and ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

As a 100% remote role based in Argentina, you will manage a small team of bookkeepers and accounting associates, collaborate with client finance leaders, and help optimize close processes and internal controls. Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and financial reporting.

• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
