SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Remote, Argentina) to expand the dental digital products distribution network and hit sales targets. You will manage distributor relationships and build market intelligence to shape strategies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and strong skills in market development, account management, and communication. Willingness to travel is required.

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the productline.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Job Description

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
