The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal stock levels. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to monitor, reconcile, and report on inventory activities while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity in inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed to support operational requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile system data with physical stock.
• Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Report discrepancies, quality issues, and inventory-related problems promptly to management.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, turnover, and stock aging.
• Implement control measures to minimize stock variances and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Support the inspection of incoming materials to verify quality and compliance with standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with inventory control principles (e.g., FIFO, JIT) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is an advantage.
