Job summary
A construction company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Asphalt Foreman with over 5 years of proven experience in asphalt paving. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of asphalt materials and paving techniques, as well as a good understanding of safety standards in construction. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage teams effectively outdoors under varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Foreman or Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years in asphalt paving.
- Good knowledge of asphalt materials and paving techniques.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage asphalt paving operations and supervise team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Oversee project operations outdoors in various weather conditions.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Foreman or Supervisor minimum 5 years in asphalt paving
- Good knowledge of asphalt materials equipment and paving techniques
